Actually who can give birth is different in a lot of omegaverse.....it's based on the authors preference..... here's the basic layout:
In every story females can give birth doesn't matter if she is alpha, omega or beta....
In some stories only omega male can give birth(the apha and beta males can't...)
In some stories irrespective of gender everyone can give birth, be it alpha male, beta male, omega male.....
Hope that helped.... there's other aspect to it too....some stories have dominant and recessive genders which also plays role in giving birth and all....so like basically it's down to the author how they want to put it.....

Don`t Quit! there's hundred of people probably cosplaying the same character as you, and if you made it yourself, you prob took a lot of effort to make it, but if you bought it, it prob cost a lot of money. There's billions of people in the world who probably have the same fav colour and fashion sense as you. Keep doing what you love or else you will regret not perusing your passion! Don`t quit what you love to do because of one person, you probably look awesome when you cosplay!!!!

I really liked the dynamic between the two— the recent scene where Silon “swallowed” the moon and Jun’s kiss mirroring his actions was really nice. Genuinely liked it a lot.
The first few chapters exploring Jun’s first reactions upon being brought back to life actually resonated with me a lot, and maybe that’s what pulled me into continuing to read this;; that, and the pretty coloured art that the author draws for every chapter.
There’s genuinely still a lot to uncover with the story, and I do want to see where the author goes and progresses the story. Hyped for more tbh, GJ author!
