I wanna read manga about adopting child, set in modern times. But I want something where everything is shown "from the beginning" when the child and guardian get to know each other for the first time. I mean I don't want story where child was adopted, but the story begins several years after the fact and is not main theme of the story. Of course it can be adoption inside family like in Usagi Drop for example.

Don't give me Spy X Family or Migi&Dali please, they are nice manga, but I wanna something more on realistic side.

It's omegaverse BL. It started off with Alpha x Beta (i think). The couple were separated. Then the top got into rut and his beta manifested into omega. But the top couldn't remember who he spent the night with and they're bonded. The omega ran went missing and then years later the omega have 5(?) yo kid (Alpha). The top suddenly appear in front of the omega. The kid is sick and needed money and source to continue treatment. The top is the ceo of the company that only have the treatment as the top is also sick (genetic disease). I tried to search it and I couldn't find it. Help people. I don't know if I made this up in my mind but I literally cannot find it in my history so I'm doubting if I really read it or it really doesn't exists in the first place. Anyways I'll just list down the things I remembered:

1. It was a manga I think(??) or a manhwa
2. It was set in those royalty vibes like Duke and stuff
3. So I think the FL has a black/dark hair but I forgot the ml's hair
4. From what I know is that one of the chapters had a scene where the ML arrived from a trip
5. The FL was waiting for him, then she saw this another girl with the same color as her
6. But this girl looks like a slave, and was clinging on ML, and she also looks so scared and traumatized
7. And the ML looks uncomfy and tried to shake her off, but this girl keeps on saying "DONT LEAVE ME ALONE" and stuff
8. Ofc FL was insecure (I think FL was a self conscious character from the start)
